Maison Mésange is so named because it's located on Rue de la Mésange. The reasoning is simple. But it's not simplistic. The choice of our name is first and foremost a tribute to one of Strasbourg's oldest streets. The first traces of this street date back to the 12th century. Back then, far from the charming little bird, it was a horse market. As the years went by, the street took on many names. Until, in 1760, it became A la Mésange. The name comes from one of the street's houses, at number 18, topped by a statue of the bird.

Domaine des Terres Rouges

Created in Corrèze, the Domaine des Terres Rouges moved to Alsace following its merger with Alélor. A specialist in condiments, Domaine des Terres Rouges offers horseradish, mustards, oils, vinegars, sauces and gherkins.

Le Gaveur du Kochersberg

Located in Woellenheim in the Kochersberg region (Bas-Rhin), Le Gaveur du Kochersberg has been a breeder for 40 years, offering fresh, artisanal and traditional products. They supply Maison Mésange with foie gras, canned vegetables, fruit in syrup and compote. All products are homemade in their own processing laboratory.

Nicole's jams

A family-run business based in central Alsace, Les confitures de Nicole hand-make their jams from fruit selected by local producers. Original combinations are also created: melon-raspberry, rose-raspberry, rhubarb-strawberry, etc.

Les foies gras du Ried

Les foies gras du Ried: based in Ichtratzheim, in the Ried region of Alsace, Les foies gras du Ried produce their own recipe for preserved foie gras. The duck livers come from a farm in the Ried and are processed in the laboratory.

Nemrod

Specializing in meat from French hunters, Nemrod transforms game into terrines for gourmet aperitifs. Wild boar, roe deer, stag... Nemrod recovers surplus game from hunters and produces artisanal recipes (terrines, dried meats, grilled meats, etc.).
